Bonnie's Tips for Healing from Panic Disorder

  1. Accept that you could have panic disorder, even though you are a "normal" person.
     
  2. Get the right kind of help. For instance, a counselling clinic that specializes in panic and anxiety disorders.
     
  3. Accept that you will have down days on your road to recovery. That's okay, and to be expected.
     
  4. Find support. Partner, friends, family, therapist.
     
  5. Consider that healing from panic disorder could be one of the greatest learning experiences of your life.
